ENTREMESES/Starters:

Queso Fundido - Melted cheeses with a choice of the following toppings: chorizo or Mushrooms served with four (4) flour tortillas and a side of salsa.

Guacamole – Crushed avocado with chunks of onions and tomatoes, topped with “queso fresco” (Cheese), served with home made tortilla chips.

Tortilla Ranchera – A spread of black beans and cheese on a flour tortilla baked and topped with chopped tomatoes, sour cream and ranchero sauce.

Tostadas – A choice of chicken, beef, vegetable or pork stew on two crispy tortillas with a spread of black beans, lettuce, “pico de gallo”, sour cream and “queso fresco".

Chorizo al Jerez – Grilled Mexican Chorizo sausage simmered in sherry with onions and peppers, served with tortillas.

SOPAS/Soups:

Pozole - Chicken and hominy corn soup topped with lettuce and served with fresh garnishes.

ENSALADAS/Salads:

Salpicon – A mixture of shredded chicken, onions, tomatoes and coriander sautéed in an ancho-chile sauce, served in a crispy tortilla shell on a bed of lettuce.

Ensalada de Nopales con Frijoles – Cactus mixed with black beans, onions, coriander, tomatoes and chile-ancho sauce, served in a crispy tortilla shell on a bed of lettuce.

Ensalada de Casa – A mixture of lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, onions and tomatoes served with our house oregano vinaigrette. (Avocado dressing extra)

TACOS:

Our tacos are served with our daily variety of sauces.

Tacos al Pastor – Pork marinated with red chile, onions and pineapple, thin sliced and served in a soft corn tortilla – three (3) per serving.

Tacos a la Plancha – Soft corn tortillas filled with one of the following choices: beef, chicken or vegetables, mixed with sautéed onions – three (3) per serving. .

Tacos de Carnitas – Slow cooked pork thin sliced, served in a soft corn tortilla – three (3) per serving.

Tacos de Chorizo – Mexican Chorizo sausage, served in a soft corn tortilla – three (3) per serving.

Taquiza – A variety of tacos – five (5) per serving.

CHILDREN'S CHOICES:

Julianna's Tacos – Soft tacos filled with cheese and served with salsa ranchera – three (3) per serving.

Crispy Tacos – Crispy tortillas filled with chicken or beef served with rice, cheese and ranchero sauce – two (2) per serving.

Mini Burrito – Flour rolled tortillas filled with beans, rice and chicken or beef, served with tortilla chips.

Charlotte Special – A plate of black beans with Mexican rice.

SPECIALIDADES/Specialties:

Enchilada – Two corn tortillas stuffed with your choice of beef, pork. chicken or vegetables covered with today's sauce, topped with melted cheese and sour cream, served with rice and salad.

Pollo con Mole – Tender chicken breast, simmered in a mole sauce accompanied with Mexican rice, beans and a tortilla.

Budin Azteca – A thin layered casserole of crispy tortillas, cheese and one of the following choices: Beef, Chicken, Pork or Vegetables topped with ranchero sauce and sour cream, served with salad.

Pescado a La Veracruzana – fresh whole Snapper pan-fried and baked in a veracruzana sauce, served with rice and salad. Priced daily.

Asado Vegetariano – A grilled Vegeterian Oatmeal Flank Steak, stuffed vegetable mole enchilada and cheese quesadilla, served with black beans, rice and guacamole. .

Pollo Asado – A combination of grilled chicken breast, stuffed chicken mole enchilada and cheese quesadilla, served with black beans, rice and guacamole.

Carne Asada – A combination of grilled 7oz New York steak, stuffed chicken mole enchilada and cheese quesadilla, served with black beans, rice and guacamole.

Pescado Asado – A combination of grilled daily fish fillet, stuffed chicken mole enchilada and cheese quesadilla, served with black beans, rice and guacamole.

Parrillada Mixta – A combination of grilled chicken breast, 7oz New York steak, chorizo sausage and pork served with two quesadillas, grilled onions, tortillas, frijoles, guacamole and our daily sauces. Serving for two (2)

Mariscada – A mixture of seafood (Squid, Octopus, baby scallops, Mussels and Shrimp) and hominy corn cooked in a ranchero, ancho and guajillo sauce, served with rice and bread.

BURRITOS:

All burritos come in a 8” flour tortilla filled with a spread of black beans, lettuce and one of the following choices: beef, chicken, pork or vegetables (most choices are prepared with green peppers and onions) topped with ranchero sauce, melted cheese and sour cream, served with rice and salad.


EXTRAS/Sides:

Sour cream, Jalapenos, Salsa, 3-soft tortillas or Side chips. (Pico de gallo extra)

Arroz - Mexican rice, Frijoles - Black beans. (A side order of Guacamole extra)
